[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — manufacturing defect in g5 plus | |||
I MANISH GROVER bought a Moto g5 plus on10/8/17 from Flipkart, as I have a joint family so there are more than 15 Moto phones in our family so I trust a lot on Moto phones but this time my Moto phone g5 plus had a problem of charging since from the beginning it shows full in 15 mins & get drowned in another 15 mins. I was not able to go to the service centre due to the shortage of time but when I visited Rohini sector-3 service centre in March they kept the phone for 12 days & get it repaired, when I received the phone I noticed there is a problem with speaker in phone I was not able to talk on speaker phone after some days on 26/03/18I again deposited the phone in service centre but they are not able to repair my phone till date I have talked to service centre head Mr. Rana([protected]) several times but he is not able to fulfill his promises now he has stopped attending my calls & started ignoring me, the people in your service centre refused to give me any mailing id regarding complaints, I have taken it from the Google. It has been 8months to my phone & in that 8 months 2 months in service centre now I am very much frustrated there is some manufacturing defect in my phone please replace it immediately with a new phone otherwise I will have to go consumer forum .
