I have purchased motorola's moto g4s 3-4 months back. During capturing any vedio or while viewing the vedio or at the time of browsing internet the phone is getting heated abnormally. I have followed all the instructions of customer care support but still it is getting heated. I want to replace this handset. Updated by abhijitranchi Dear Sir, Service centre at our place has tried but heating issue not resolved. Hope this handset is having some hardware or software issue. Please arrange to replace this set as I am unable to use the set beyond 5-10 minutes. I[censored] need, I will send you one vedio which shows the temperature of the hand set.
