In my moto g5 plus mic is not working. I am visited the service center at 5/03/2018. He told to me this cause by liquid problem and this not covered warranty and it's repair cost is rs.3800.in my job sheet he mentioned return time 14/03/2018. But after 21/03/2018 he told the problem is affected in board. So we need to change the board and cost is rs.6800. After 20 days he told like this. But i am unsure why moto behave like this. I not felt my into water, think this is not a liquid problem. The service center also not responded and pick up my calls. Moto must provide the warranty into this service.

Updated by VMurugan19 I have complaint against to moto customer care. This is my complaint no.[protected]. My case has escalated before 3 weeks, and i am also contacted regularly to customer care. I got the response for last 7 days from moto like "Our senior Representative contacted today". But i am didn't get any single response from moto side and also my complaint status. I thought moto has cheated to customer. This is irregular response. Because i have surrender my mobile into service center last 45 days. I am very very disappointed this poor service. Next i am going to file case for against moto company for fake response and not action my complaint for last 3 weeks.
