Motorola Solutions — moto g5s plus battery reverse data show while charging the battery | |||
I have bought the above handset through amazon in the month of mar 2018, since last two weeks the battery started showing reverse data while charging the phone, i.e while charging the phone the battery % goes down instead of going up and after unplugging the battery it shows the higher % but max is 99% and never 100%.. Please immediately suggest a solution for the probelm that i am facing its a 2 month old handset... Was this information helpful? | |||
