Motorola Solutions — moto g6 volume/speaker stopped working in 20 days after purchase | |||||
Team, This is really frustrating! I bought a new moto-G6 from amazon on 6-June-2018. After 20 days suddenly speaker volume started reducing by itself. After 3 days speaker/audio everything stopped working. When I contacted the service centre, I was told that is a hardware issue and speaker/volume to be replaced with a new part. How come we can accept this solution. I know the replacement policy of 10 days but these policies should be bypassed when you have similar issues with multiple people. When I googled it, I found almost 20 similar cases and Motorola should answer. What is the process of getting it replaced with some other moto mobile. I don't want to use rubbish language in this forum but definitely it is annoying. Kindly look into it before I loose my patience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
