[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Moto X Play Mic problem | |||
I had given my Motorola x play handset for service on 18.11.2016 as mic stopped working. It's 2 months now and the handset is still with the service centre. All it needs is the board it seems and there is no update about the spare part for the past 2 months. Buying it on March'16 using it for only 8 months and have given it to service. Is this supposed to be the life quality of a product? Please repair the handset or replace it ASAP. Atleast I can exchange that no good mobile for a better one. Was this information helpful? | |||
