Respected sir, I purchesed a lenovo motz2 force imei no [protected] color black on 17th april 2018at about 8.15 p. M. From singhania retail holdings (India) rohini city centre sector-10 rohini invoice no. Srhi/r/18-19/29 amounting rs.34999=00 sales person was mr gaurav gupta & mr irshad ali. Sir i am staying at sonipat haryana i took the set to my house after an hour it was automatically started on and off and also heat up next day morning i went again to your ratail store they take me to service centre they say we only repain can not change then your store person take me back to store and replace me with a demo set imei no is [protected] which is also defective it proove that you have sold adefective set, i took it again to them they say it can only repair not replace. They send that to service center. Till date i dont have any information of that and it is surprise that the sales counter of motorola is also closed from city center rohini. I made a complaint to toll free no [protected] on 30/06/2018 at about 11 am thay said within 48 hours our person will call you, but no replynow again i call them and asked give me your email address they refuce me to give email address. Its my hard money and the company like motorola is cheating the normal people from there own sale counter.
