Motorola Solutions — motorola moto g5 plus mobile service under warranty(incident:[protected]

Hi Team,

I have bought a Motorola Moto G5 Plus mobile (IMEI1: [protected]) on 27th Oct 2017. After using for about 2 month I started getting issue
(Mobile started getting off very frequently on its own). Then I have given
the mobile to authorized lenovo service center located in Payyanur, Kerala (Blue star Communication) on 31/Jan/2018. They have done all the initial test (taken about 1 hour) and raised the job. They initially confirmed that it
is because of the software upgrade issue, but again I started getting the
same issue, hence I have again given the mobile to service center in
payyanur, Kerala on 7th Feb 2018. Then they have changed the battery and did again some software upgrade and confirmed that issue is with motherboard and it needs to be changed and they cannot order the motherboard as all the new motherboard booking is frozen for the service centre coming under calicut and asked me to take to Bangalore or Calicut and returned the mobile to mewith inwarranty status ( (got mobile back on 16th Feb 2018 - it was 9 days with them)

As the Bangalore is where I am working I took my mobile to Bangalore and
given to the service centre located in Indiranagar on 21st Feb. They have
done all the initial test (Taken about 1 hour again) and raised the job
with warranty status as inwarranty. But later after 3 hour they called me
and said touch pad is broken, hence it wont come under warranty and I need
to pay the entire amount.

I kept the mobile with the service centre in Bangalore itself and raised an escalation with the motorola team and Team has raised a complaint (Incident:[protected] and confirmed that they will get back to you and after some days I got the call from the team in Motorola service team in Calicut, Kerala and they have confirmed the mobile will be repaired very soon but nothing happened. But on every week I recieve mail from the motorola customer care stating that they are following up with the team and it will be resolved soon. On 20th of March again I got a call from Motorola service centre Calicut and confirmed that the mobile will be repaired at free of cost and just waiting for approval from service centre state head (Mr Manikandan) but nothing has happened till this time. I even contacted the service centre state head and he said it will be done very soon but again nothing happened. This is been pending for more than 3 months.

I would like to get my mobile repaired soon as it is falling under the warranty period.
