Motorola Solutions — motorola service centre unethical behaviour & refusal to provide invoice | |
I am complaining about The Motorola Service Centre in City Centre, Durgapur, named "The Mobile Unique" & addressed UCP 011, Bengal Ambuja House Dev. Ltd. West Bengal - 713216. The behaviour of the owner is quite despicable & I believe he's a cheat. I own a Moto Z Play bought online from Amazon in Nov'2016. The battery was swollen & I had to change my battery. They replaced my battery & billed Rs. 2500, but refused to give me any printed tax invoice. They also claimed that mobile batteries have no warranty & so I don't need any invoice. Neither they made any job card for the battery replacement which I think is mandatory for a service centre. When I insisted for a printed invoice they started misbehaving & shouting at me. Now I doubt whether they are a genuine Motorola service centre & whether they sold me a genuine new Motorola battery. Was this information helpful? | |
