Sir, I had bought an motorola turbo power 15 universal micro usb charge with order no.[protected] on paytm mall app on 3rd june 2018. And after some month suddenly its adapter stops working and my phone is not getting charged hence the moto service center is not considering it for waranty service. Battery of my phone not hold charge.it is off when 70% charging is available.when I connect in charging it starts from 0% and when on the mobile then it shows 55% or 70% on the same time.Battery is too much heating too much during charging.Battery swell.
Touch screen not working.my mobile is under warranty.
