Motorola xt1643 was given 2nd time for warranty repair on 11.04.2018 in dehradun (248001) service center. Job sheet no. Is srrke[protected]. I was asked to collect in 4-5 days. But for three days i am phoning to center ([protected]) to know the status of phone. But the reply is that they are searching this phone. It is not possible for me to wait indefinitely.
