Motorola Solutions — problem regarding moto g5s plus | |||
I bought the phone 5 month ago.. At starting it had no problems... But after then no. Of problem started to occur... Like :- 1) dust particle inside camera lens 2) after long use gohst screen appears 3) low battery backup 4) after removing from charger percentage of battery remain fix and after restart it start to fall very quickly. For first two problems, i visited the service centre after few month of purchase and ask them to sort it out... But they only cleaned the dust from lens, doesn't make any permanent fix for the problem. And the ghost screen still appears. I trusted motorola and bought its phone, because i thought that its phone are worthable and has no problem and if problem occur they will try to fix it. But now the term 'trust' seems to be a myth. This is Nidhi Masih, I bought Moto g5 s plus phone in December 2017 but now it's camera quality has decreased and the lens are having dust in them.. camera is showing faded colours. I will be obliged if you suggest me any solution.
