[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — repair status | |||
Dear Motorola I still facing problems with this fault phone...this time the speaker gets cracking sound, so I went today servicing centre of Ernakulam..And they confirm that the speaker is complaint, and speaker is not in their side, so they said come to me on Monday... Actually why r u made this type of waste products ???? Why u cheating customers ??? Do you know onething, I use this phone 21 days after purchase & in servicing it takes 17 days... ... And the issue still not resolved I[censored] have policies like 'CUSTOMER IS KING', then back my money or send me a new phone... REGARDS Naveen Was this information helpful? | |||
