[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — service centre irresponsible service | |||
Myself living in coimbatore and i have moto e mobile phone purchased about two years back and last week suddenly sim was not recognised. I changed sim port still the problem persisted and also battery power was draining rapidly. I located your sercive centre in r. S. Puram, coimbatore where they collected my mobile and they will check and inform. When i contacted them the next day they collected rs.100 and told the mobile is irepairable as the ic is out. Only solution is i have to get a new mobile. Based on one of my friend's advice i located aprivate service centre just half a kilometre from your service centre and they repaired the phone in just two hours and charged rs600. My phone is now working all right back to the original condition. I am shocked with the approach and attitude of your service centre which promotes only use of new phones. My suggestion is betteer you can close your service centres if this is your objective. With regards P. Sundhareshwaran 3/1, a. K.
