Motorola Solutions — Unable to get services and repair in warranty period | |||||
Hello Moto, This is to inform you that i have a motorola mobile phone which is moto g turbo. it is in warranty period till 31st march, 2017. as my mobile is not working(dead). i have visited the service center on 25th march and the address is below given. the service center have a wrong credentials of my mobile phone. service center told me that they have a expired warranty date for my mobile phone. as per invoice attached in this email, the date of purchase (invoice) is 31st march 2016.but the service center has updated the date of 24th February in their records. the service care center told me that they will contact to the moto customer care and take approval for the warranty. thereafter, the service center will repair my mobile phone.i am facing inconvenience due to wrong details updated on service center . due to this i am unable to get services of service center for my mobile phone. Therefore, kindly look on the matter as soon as possible. hope to have favorable response as soon as possible.please do needful action as soon as possible on priority basis. Please call me for more details.my job sheet number is 407 at below given service center.i have submitted my mobile to service center. Thanking You.
