I prebooked for kabali-4 tickets on 18th july. Made payment for 740rs. I have not received confirmation of my tickets. Customer care is an eye wash. T hey have no officers to respond. It is just an automatic message. If ticket booking is not possible then let us know how the refund can be done. I am not sure if this is a fraudulent site or not-but considering the point that there is no response - i have got doubt if this is a fishy site. My reference number is-461231.
