[Resolved]  Movietime Cinemas — Pathetic experience in Movietime Cinemas Raja Garden

On 8th June 2014, I went to see 3 back to back movies in Movietime Raja Garden. Edge of Tomorrow at 9:45am then Holiday at 12pm and then Filmistaan at 3pm. 1). Ticket counters opened at 9:35am - not at all acceptable as shows start at 9:45am. 2). Due to this there was excessive rush to top floor for movies, causing chaos. 3). Edge of tomorrow was a 3D movie and when reaching at top floor there was a long queue for security checking. On reaching my turn after quite a while, I was asked to go and stand in a separate line nearby to get stamp for 3D glasses. This was a useless queue and step as tickets had 3D mentioned on them and 3D glasses rent could have been taken at the time of booking of tickets. 4). While booking the tickets I had specifically asked for tickets in Premier class but I was told that only first row is available. Even when I checked online earlier it showed that seats were available. Secondly during the movie till the end I found not even a single person sitting in the Premier seats ( 72 seats). 5). At the time of booking, I wanted to book tickets using my Credit card but I was denied. This happens all the time I come here to see the movies. 6). 3D glasses were not in good condition and I had to get them changed 3-5 times. 7). Edge of tomorrow had a very bad print and it seemed as if it was a pirated movie. Low on brightness, low in clarity, etc etc. 8). Roof was in very bad condition - broken, etc.
