Mp Online — payment was successful but payment status is showing not done

I made payment of college fees for davv of amount rs.27851 from mp online using sbi net banking (Ref no.[protected] on 18th august 2018. The payment was successful but on my receipt it is showing payment not done. The amount was deducted from the bank also.
I am continuously calling mp online customer care but they are not picking up the phone. Also they are not replying on complain helpdesk on mp online website.
Please help me to get an updated status of my fees or a refund of money as the last date of submission of college fees is 20th august 18 afterwards i will have to pay huge late payment fees.
I cannot make another payment as 27851 amount is too high.
