[Resolved]  Mp Services — fraudulent company harassing for money

Sir, there is a lady named Mansi Kulkarni called me to offer a job of form filling on behalf of a company named MP services from Latur. The called me and offer me on 28th Jan 19 after i agree to work for them they mail me the online portal login details and i started the work. Next day on 29th jan i receive a text massage on my mobile as below - "If You are not doing the payment till 2'o clock then we will proceed your file for legal concern. Kindly contact in [protected]". I called that number and there some advocate attend the call i complaint him then he told me to verify my detail and call me after some time. I called that lady after she didnt picked my call i called her several times. then i massage her she replied that if i want to csncel the job i can email them and cancel it. I called their helpline number there is no responce i send a mail to them still no responce. After some days i get a call from a advocate named Karan he told me that company filed a case against me to not doing the work on time. i told him the issue but he refused all. Next day i receive a mail from another one that i have to pay the penelty and today again i receive a mail from Some Advocate Vishal patil from new delhi isntructing me that i didnt follow the district court so the court decided to send me a court pay order of total 48950/-. Also told me to present in delhi arbitrary and pay the court order in 3 days otherwise they take a legal action at my home address.
