Mphasis — No help received from the Employer managed Trustee PF transfer. | |||
I am Dwipanita Patnaik ex-employee of Emphasis India was having Employee ID :[protected] After raising multiple tickets with Mphasis Support and calling them still unable to find any resolution for my issue. Tickets raised earlier:- HR0087563 HR0087932 I had Left the company since 2016, as Mphasis has Trust for maintaining its EPF account for employees recently came to know that i am having 2 UAN numbers for my ID, the old ID was not updated by my current employer even i have provided them all the details and created a new one. I am facing a lot of issues not as unable to login to my new UAN id as I am pregnant and need to use my PF amount for medical purposes. Request to kindly take this on priority and merge my all PF and Pension balance to my new UAN number and deactivate the old one.
