MPS Greenery Developers — Mature agro bond | |||
I have opened a agrobond for 36 month under the mps greenery developers ltd on 24.01.2013, for yearly bond amount of rs. 55, 500/-. I have deposited this much of amount for two years after that i was told that the company will not take further installment and will return the amount after maturation i. E. On january 2016. But now it came to know that the mps greenery developers ltd is in some legal tangle as per my representative of mps version. Please advice me how to get the money of matured agrobond from mps greenery developers ltd. I am doing a fixed deposit in the above mentioned company, but when the amount mature i am not received my money. They say that this time they can not provide my amount. So sir please help that what can i do.
