Mr. Fit — mr.fit cheap class quality and service

I have purchased item from mr. fit & i have received my order 2355398 of slim belt and the day i received on use from after noon 4 pm to 8 pm in 4 hours it got torn from one side. i am surprised what quality was this??? cheap class as attached in pic.
I have raised issue same day to customer complain at support of the office company. a day after i have got call from anjali named person who told me to share pics of the product on the same mail i’d. doing this later i have got confirmation mail from anjali that it is been approved and we will replace it soon but i have raised request of cash refund on the poor quality of stuff i have received. since then these guys are not replying.
I look forward support to get sort out this issue.
