I had bought the product from their own website and have received the product today but the product is just useless for every feature it shows no data available and my main reason of taking the fitness band was bp monitoring and heart rate and steps monitoring. The band just does not show anything at all it keeps on showing no data detected. I want refund for my band. They are just trying to fool people by showing something and sending something

I am still awaiting for my refund, its been more than 20 days after returning their product. very very ridiculous.

I have got emails from them that the refund will be there with u in 5 days, but it is just emails only

I have purchased a mr fit tracker few days back (2days). I tried contacting customer support but there was no response from them.

I want to return the product (order no:[protected] but there is no response from the customer service.

This is very unprofessional service.
