While selling the club mahindra membership they assured us that if rooms are available they will give it to members of any colour belt(we are red belt). and now when we were trying to book a vacation where rooms are available but being the purple season they very smartly denied the booking inspite of rooms available. while asking us to be members, they make false promises and assurances and after that they dont even bother to look back. the agents fools people over all false promises and then give no bookings Was this information helpful? | |||||
