I have ordered 3 beads jewellery item from this man, Sachin Kumar for my customer who is in Bangalore nd she took it from me for reselling purpose.. Her customer is from another place/dist. I paid online in advance as it required, So, Mr Sachin sent the 3 items nd customer received..But he sent one item wrong which was not ordered by customer.. He sent it of his own mistake. Then my customer called me for exchange nd I talkes to Mr Sachin about this..He told after holi he will give his address ao that cuatomer can return it and he will send the item, eas actually ordered by customer. Now Mr, Sachin is not receiving my calls, not even rplying my messeges. I called him ao many times d texted him also..He is on line but not even checking my whtsapp messeges. But my customer wants to exchange it.. Otherwise I'll have to give money from my pocket to my customer. Mr, Saching is cheating with us I think. If he doesn't want to exchange then I need my money back from Himself and then I'll give the money back to my customer. Kindly help me out.. plz plz plz. Sachin kumar's number - [protected].
