Mr. Spy Technologies — received a defect product not replacing and replying what to do for this | |||||
I have bought a pen camera worth 1399/- from mr. Spy technologies on 13.10.2018 and i received the product on 15.10.2018 but the product was not working i have written so many emails to their mail id [protected]@mrspy.in & [protected]@mrspy.in and tried to contact the customer care number also but they didnt pick the calls and not responding to my mails. I dont know what i think its a fraud company. Anybody please help me to get my money back or the replacement of the product. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||

Oct 24, 2018 Updated by Elizabeth Nathasha TS Finally i received a call from Mr.spy technologies with apploagies . but i am not still satisfied because they asked me to return the damage product to their address for replacement i have send the courier but the local courier services are not accepting the courier because its a spy camera and forcefully i had send it through speed post of dtdc with amount of 350/- Rs, there is a lost of 350 rs for me, but as per their website of mr.spy technologies they had to arrange a return for damage products but they didnt do that . they are saying customer has to bare that . then why they mentioned it in their web site ? I need my courier charges also . Please help me ... also i am waiting for the replacement ...     | |||||
