Mr. Umesh Kumawat — he has taken a charge of transportation

He has called me by the name of swami transport and told he has got the no from just dial where as the just dial is saying that this transport is closed 2years ago.
He had told me that mam all the thing r done online so send us the money on paytm. N then he told that he will take my parcel in evg. N then he gave excuse that next day n now he has not taken my parcel nor he is receiving my call. His phone is switch off.
Please help me in retaiining. my money back
