When i lost my job in 2013 in uae, banks make complaint against me and i was arrested for issuing bad cheques which was given as security for the credit cards. Now after finishing all those headaches, now they started calling my village (Not in my house), but my neighbours, panchayat office and post office and telling that they are authorized collection agents and want to make legal action against me. Is it allowed to sue me twice for a same case. Also, is it allowed to call all public and harras me? Is there any collection agents legally allowed in india (Ernakulam dist)
