I had purchased a new endeavour of august 14, 2017 and it has currently done about 6000kms. The suv has mrf wanderer tyres installed. One of my rear tyres punctured in the middle of the road so i asked my driver to park the car on the side. The car moved about 20 meters on flat tyre with no additional load.
On checking for puncture we were told that the side wall has cracked and the tyre needs to be replaced. It was shocking since overtime there is a puncture the tyre may require replacement.
I had no option but to purchase a new tyre worth 13000 and replace the same. The other tyre which is brand new is kept with me for taking over with the company and even with consumer court if not resolved. Was this information helpful? |
