MRF Tyres — Not getting replacement of tyres from last one year

We HANIEF MOTORS SRINAGAR are authorized dealer Of INDIA YAMAHA MOTOR PVT LTD have submitted five tyres of[protected] before a year at Peaks Tyre Lasjan Bypass srinagar kashmir for replacement under warranty .Till date they do not give us replacement.When we contacted they only told us that tyres are not available . Requesting yourself please intervene otherwise we have to take up the issue with India Yamaha Motor PVT LTD.We are regular and loyal customer to MRF tyres pvt ltd.
