Same happened with me.now getting no response fromMr.fit.thy delivered defective product and charged hefty sum.kindly have a look in this matter.thy r fraud and doing scam.

hi same happened with me also.i am staying in saudi Arabia and i ordered mr.fit belt and pant from my Bangalore address my moms house i given all details.and i paid rupees 1499 by online transaction.but this cheater company didn't delivered my products from 10days.and the helpline number is not working and response for my emails

They are fraud..sent defective product and picked up again the product..didnt send fresh product and didnt refunded money..now not receiving d call.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you might have faced. But our customer care executives are always available to help you the best. We do not send defective products but sometimes few situations are even beyond our control where you might receive a product which is not as you expected.

But we have a very smooth replacement policy where you can get a fresh new product in case of defective product.

U cheating mrfit..u fooled customers..my order id is[protected]. But u sent cheap Chinese product.
Before i receive this product i contact to the customer care and told to sent me a correct product... because this is my first purchase from ur site. And he told no problem we know what we send and you ordered...but now i am received fake cheap Chinese watch ...its not look like mrfit.in website product..mrfit tracker pro
And it will not have many function what they describe from website... totally disappointed and depressed.its a scam and fraudulent.

i have order a orignal high quality sliming belt and pent but thats size is not comfortable for me . i am returned that product[protected]. and now they are not picke my call and no reply of my email . my order id is[protected] at pune address your service is very bad . Plz dispache my product big size immediately otherwise return my money. i am totalky dissappointed from your service

I bought a Mr Fit tracker and I received a wrong product, its not the same as on the website.

I have returned the product and ask for refund but its more than 18 days they have not refund the money.
I have called many times and mailed also only getting reply that we have forwarded your request to refund department or Senior team. order number[protected].

I have ordered a Cammy hot shaper and paid the money online. Immediately I have received an email " your order is confirmed". After that I have received another mail stating your order has cancelled as stock not available. Kindly provide your account details for return of money. I have also provided my bank details. On 18th March, 2020 I have received another mail.stating that your refund process initiated and will reflect within 4 to 7 working day. Today is 26th May, 2020 and till date I haven't received my money back. I have contacted the customer care number several times but it is switched off. Further I have wrote mail to support team number of time but no response has been received till date.
Sir, I don't know by giving this complaint any action will initiate against them, but if it is in your hand then kindly take coressive measure against that type of frud organization.
