MSEB — complaint for discrepancy in bill

This month we got very high bill, unit 567.. This is very high consumption... V are leaving in 1bhk flat and our regular bill amount is 2000 approx. This month we got the bill of 6350. Which is on very high for us. Please investigate on consumption of the units is accurate or someone using our meter etc.. Please rectify the bill amount.
