Msedcl — high bill (extra average bill) | |||
"my name is nayan suresh adsul, i have complaint against electricity of mahavitaran (Mahadiscom). I am reside at room no. 1, chawl no. 3, e-18, balaji nagar, ghansoli, navi mumbai, pin. 400701, energy bill for cons[protected]/4641, actually, dt. 10th july 2019 my main line of electricity wire is cut (Line coming from pole to meter) after that i am complaining to telephonic substation but still not no one come to re-connect (Re-join) the wire. After that i am complaining online portal of mahavitaran, complaint no.[protected] for power failed, also no one come for resolve, & automatically displayed status is closed next day. Then 2nd compliant given on same portal & telephonic, complaint no.[protected] for power failed - phase out, also no one come for resolve, & automatically displayed status is closed next day. Then received sms on mobile your bill is not paid, bill is coming amount of rs. 1230/- i am shocked, how to possible is coming the bill, meter & electricity not working, how the bill generate, how the amount calculate? & sending the bill amount through sms... Then i am complaint to same mahavitaran portal for high bill send, complaint no.[protected], status is not resolve... After that same i am complaining on mahavitaran toll-free number of [protected] she lady given my complaint against same with incorrect bill amount also pole wire cut, complaint no.[protected], still status is not resolve... My complaint is my main connection wire is cut last two and half months, so how the electricity staff generated my bill? Please check & resolve the issue at the earliest." after that 8th october, i am personally visited at gothivali electricity office & meet to mr. Chavan & told the problem so he is given to me the no. Of mr. Umesh & told to call the mr. Umesh & reconnect the wire on the pole, an evening wire joined to meter, that time i am taken reading (Reading is coming "3545") and next day reported it to the gothivali electricity office. And request to please send the correct bill me immediately. Now today (Dt. 24th oct. 2019) receive the sms "energy bill for cons[protected]/4641 of rs. 2430 is due on 11/11/19", i was surprised, how can these msedcl send so many amount bills? I still have two pending components at msedcl. Complaint no.[protected] &[protected], waiting for an answer as soon as possible, because the average bill is increasing every month of rs. 640/- Waiting for your reply... Regards, Nayan adsul Mob. I stay at airoli sector 30-D, Here power goes anytime for long time. We face this issue every alternate days like 3-4 time in a week .! When we are complaintng that are not bothered.! No one here office to listen.! offce staff is always in drunk..! Todays 21 century we are facing this issue..! Shame on this MsEb govt service.!
