Msedcl — i have paid bill from freecharge but not showing in msedcl website paid

My consumer number is[protected]. I have paid the bill on 28/1/2018 but when i gone on msdcl.com website but is showing that it is not paid. I have paid bill from freecharge app. First i had paid paid bill but it was also not paying. I have gone to msdcl office near my home they said that it is not paid. So tell me the soluction. Otherwise i will go to consumer court
