[Resolved] M/s.kaizen Motors - Royal Enfield Dealer — Unethical behaviour

They advertise they are open 9AM to 8PM but don't get fooled they close on 5px itself. Staffs and management altogether is a disaster for customers. 1) They do not allow proper test drive. only after asking specifically they allowed us a test drive so that we can identify how the vehicle experience is. 2) They only take Cash, beware if you give your cheque to them they are reluctant to process it, means they only confirm your payment after 4 or 5 days. always saying the excuse that they didn't have printout of their account statement. 3) They always do false promise and simply ignore. 4) They tell that they will do the registration, but do not send the vehicle to registration on time. making customer wait for days. 5) Staffs always say excuse like they are only the staff so cannot do anything. I made a mistake by purchasing Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 from them, I paid full amount of 2, 02, 530/- after they said they have the vehicle ready. But still not delivered, waiting a week for the vehicle present at their go-down. There are many other showrooms of Royal Enfield in ernakulam, this one is the worst, a government office is far better than kaizen.
