Msrtc — bus leaving before approx time even after having reservation

i reserved dadar-pune station shivneri of 5.30am dated 8/6/2015 from nerul. The approx time of arrival of bus being 6.10 am. I reached nerul LP stand before time when i came to know the bus has left! The driver was in so hurry, he did not even waited in next stop which is belapur even after stand incharge told him so. I had to catch him up at khargar stop. When i asked the driver why he could not wait for atleast approx time he replied because of reservation. I told him even i have reservation and came just before time but he was careless about it. Please take note of such misbehaviour & take proper action against such carelessness.
