Msrtc — Didn't Receive Refund Of Cancelled Ticket

Hi, Myself is yogesh shintre.I booked Kolhapur to Chinchwad Semi-Luxury bus ticket online for 05-Apr-2015 At 1:00 PM. This bus was unfortunately cancelled.so, I submit my ticket at kolhapur ST depot for refund. After 2-3 weeks, I inquire at kolhapur ST depot about the refund, they told that, ticket would be transfer to Vallabhnagar ST depot for refund. After this I inquire at Vallabhnagar ST depot for 5-6 times.Mr. Jadhav at Vallabhnagar ST depot told that the refund is already send to your account.but the case is still I didn't receive any refund, I show my bank statement to them as well.so they told me we can not do anything further.please can anybody look in to this I am very much frustrated.
