Msrtc — MSRTC BAD SERVICE

I had booked a bus from Alibaug to Kalyan for 07/06/2015 at 6:30 PM. The bus did not come till 9 PM. We were stranded there for 3 Hrs, and later we booked a private cab from Alibaug to Dombivli. Nobody at enquiry counter had any idea about the bus, whether the bus will come or not or where has it reached currently. Now I am trying to claim for refund, but no option available at their website.We made reservation online, but still faced so many problems. MSRTC services are not at all good. I also booked the ticket from Kalyan to Alibaug. Even that bus was 1 hr late. And, even though we reserved our seats online, conductor was unaware of which seats we booked and there were elderly people sitting at our place. So we had to travel by standing till PEN. This was the worst experience we have faced while traveling. MSRTC is a big thumb down.
