Msrtc — Pass dep not open on till 8 am at Bhor

I am daily travelling bhor to pune, when i was going pass renevation on today at 8 am. This dep not open when i was asked to enquiry dep they said pass dep will open on 9.30am. But when i was checked pass dep timing opening time is daily 7 am. Kindly confirm pass dep timing & why bhor dep is provided poor service to customers. My office time is 8.30 To 7.30, hence when i renew the pass as dep working is after 9.30 To 7.30.
