Of seat :2 bus number :8214 st controller anounce this bus stay on platform no 6 . But this bus not stay here . Stay another side of platform and miss my bus. Plz refund my tikit charge.

MSRTC management does not have time to pay attention, unless we take an aggressive steps against such malpratices and even they don't even response to the complaint even if it belongs to Govt.
