I am travelling from Pune(shivajinagar) to Nasik Road the bus no. 1942 Shivshahi .
The charging point of this bus is not working I also confirmed from the driver about that the main switch is on or off .
The button was on then also the points were not working of seat no. 11&12 and other also other passengers switches are not working.
I hope u understand my problem please fix the problem.

I have book MSRTC 2 sits shirdi to tuljapur but bus not coming as per ticket timiming.
I have call helpline number but they are not respond me. Till time bus not come.
