[Resolved] Mswipe — Payment deducted from bank account but the seller did not receive the payment

Hi,
I ordered a product on Flipkart site worth 1499 rupees. I made a payment of 1499 rupees using the link which was sent by the delivery person. The link belonged to mswipe. I made the payment through Paytm upi and the amount got deducted from my bank account immediately and my bank statement reflects the entry as well however the delivery person denied the seller to have received the payment and refused to deliver the product. Since then I have contacted Flipkart several times but I did not get any assistance. I have still not received my payment back to my bank account nor did I receive the product. I am attaching here the screenshots of the payment transaction from Paytm app as well as the screenshot where it shows the payment received at the Mswipe

Updated by mali1990 I have already lodged a complaint with them and shared all the details but they are not responding. I am calling their customer care everyday and everyday I am being given a new date. I am yet to get my refund. If you can do something it would be of great help.
