[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — account information need to be changed | |||
Its been more than 2 months since we raised a request to change the account information on our Mswipe device and yet, nothing has been done. The company documents has been shared by these guys a 100 times now on all possible whatsapp numbers (you guys have N number of whatsapp numbers which dont respond at all. God knows if these numbers are even monitored by someone). I was also promised by Sanketh and a couple of other ladies who claimed themselves as technical team guys that the information will be changed in 2 days and nothing has happened till now. No doubt the product is good. But its of now use when the support team is pathetic! Was this information helpful? | |||
