We are trying to reach out to mswipe team for our money and they tell verification is not done. We sent all documents over mail and Whatsapp as told by the team. But as on today our amount has not been received to us in themobile number [protected] .Shree shyam Marketing

We will be losing a fir against the company for the mid conduct issues

Complaint marked as Resolved

All documents were submitted to them but they told they had not received it. I again sent them all documents and mailed them in the helpdesk email id with a snap of the compalint.The action took 2 days and the problem was solved. I got a call from Kolkata msipe office and they told they are looking into it. Today evening 29th I received a messge that the amount will be credited in my account in 48 hours and in like 30 min got a mesage from HDFC that the amount has been credited Thank you Team Jai hind

Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The Whatsapp numbers of mswipe where documents have been sent +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] even during the high crush period of lockdown there is no support to give the amount to us.
