This is in reference to the transaction done on 20/01/2018 made by our customer abhay kumar for rs.11, 000 which has been put on hold for risk checking from mswipe.

Please find attached bank copy statement of the customer clearly states that rs. 11, 000 has been debited from his account by mswipe and the mentioned amount is not credited to hurray's account.

We need an immediate action and justification on this particular case since an amount of rs. 11, 000/- has been held by mswipe from the month of january 18.

Also give us more clarity on reasons for risk checking and holding an amount of rs.11, 000/-

An immediate action and reply would be highly appreciated.
