[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — complaint against mswipe deactivation

I have requested to deactivate my mswipe machine on december but till now every month they are charging money even though my machine is deactivated and when i request customer care person is saying deactivation is started once machine has been retrieved back from mswipe end until then charges should be charged but every time when i call to send staff to take the machine they simply saying staff will come in next week but simply they are cheating the customer by skipping months
