[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — failed transaction msg received but amount has been debited | |||
I had done a transaction on 01.06.2019 via mswipe for paying my gym fees using by debit card. The first message i received after the transaction was claimed to be failed. When again I tried the message I received was insufficient balance. When I checked the bank statement, I saw that the amount has been deducted but the merchant didn't receive the money. It's been more than 10 days that I've tried lodging a complaint in the bank but the bank's website is unable to lodge a complaint too! Resolve this issue and return my money asap! As per the complaint received, We would like to inform you that the transaction done on 01st June, 2019 for INR 6000/- (twice) was failed due to error from the bank end [Invalid Transaction and Not Sufficient Funds].In such case we have not received any Fund against the failed transaction and the same SMS you have received by Mswipe. Requesting you to check with your card holder’s bank as the amount is lying in the suspense account of his bank itself. | |||

I swipe10200/- amount on 10/6/2019 but it amount not deposited to my account we will try to get I already sent bill copy and other documents but your customer care no response
