MSwipe employee collected Money and provided false updates.. Its been almost 2 months now.. When ever I am calling customer care they are saying they will refund 3700 only where I have paid 5000.. There is no answer for that and later 2 days they called me after keep on writing mails, but when ever I get call they say they will get back to me 30mins and no one used to call me.. When ever I tried to reach over customer care, they says team is not available and will ask to give call back.. All those are false.. Finally they are playing drama that they are asking to surender device which they didn’t allocate it after collecting money.. No answer.. Worst in service..
