I have placed Ordered for swiping Machine Wisepad G2 Model and paid Rs.1770 on Monday[protected].

I had just placed Ordered through official Mswipe WhatsApp automated chat bot

My application number is HAPP01135017

But, the Machine is Not Delivered me till date.

Kindly help me to refund my amount or get my Machine

They are not providing direct customer care staff contact number.
They provided only automated voice reply which is simply waste.
Most of the customer care staff talking Only Hindi useless.
No staff available to talk in Tamil language.
