Here is my last conversation with Mswipe customer care through email
Mswipe : As checked, your device [protected] is still with you. Hence, it is active in the system.
Customer : What is the last transaction date ?? On this device I stopped using the device 2 to 3 years because it stopped working and Mswipe failed to provide support.
Mswipe: Request you to surrender the device to avoid further charges.
Customer : I told to cancel the device 2 to 3 years ago when your customer care failed to provide support and replace it they said they will arrange a pickup but failed to arrange it. When I am asking for refund of charges you are speaking about further charges ??? Why further charges in the name of monthly support fee when your company is not providing any support????
Mswipe : INR 1000/- will be charged from the transaction against the Diwali offer
Customer : Who made this transaction??? Why your company charged me for that???
Mswipe : As checked, under the Diwali amnesty offer we have converted your POS device into rent-free for a lifetime
Customer : Whom your company asked before doing so ???
Mswipe : Also, we have waived off the pending outstanding rent.
Customer : If there is outstanding rent why your company never deducted it from my bank account monthly ??? Since the past 2 to 3 years
Mswipe : Request you to share the call recording wherein our team has mentioned that the device is not active,
Customer : The reason I emailed the issue is because they are unable to trace the device. If you really want it I will surely share it. If you company assure me that I will get refund of charges within 24hrs after sharing it.
Now i request Mswipe to Please understand I have been charged 3186 INR for the first time only on[protected] because of the mismanagement of Mswipe Team
Kindly reply to my questions. And refund me the amount
